Falls-based The Brewer Company signs lease for new location in village
A Menomonee Falls-based medical and dental equipment manufacturer is consolidating its two local locations into a larger, 113,819-square-foot space in the village.
The Brewer Company signed a lease and is Ridgewood Industrial Center’s inaugural tenant, according to a news release from Wangard Partners, The Brewer Company’s real estate and property management firm. Brewer will occupy 37% of the center’s space, according to the release.
The move will allow The Brewer Company to combine its manufacturing and production facility and its warehousing and distribution locations into one space.

The Brewer Company, founded in 1947, designs and manufactures healthcare equipment, including exam tables and clinical support products, and provides contract manufacturing services for leading healthcare original equipment manufacturers, according to its website. Brewer serves healthcare and dental professionals across North America.
Where will The Brewer Company be located?
The Brewer Company will be at W165 N5830 Ridgewood Drive, with easy access to Highway 41/45, according to the release.
“As we searched for a larger facility, our highest priority was minimizing disruption for both our employees and our customers,” Paul Siepmann, CEO of The Brewer Company, said in a released statement.
“Ridgewood Industrial Center stood out as the perfect location; its state-of-the-art design provides us with the space to grow while bringing together our manufacturing and office teams in exciting ways that will foster collaboration, efficiency, and innovation,” Siepmann added.
Where are the two Brewer facilities currently?
The two facilities, which have been in Menomonee Falls for more than 75 years, are moving to the new building, according to company officials. The manufacturing/production facility is located at N88 W13901 Main St., Suite 100, and the warehousing/distribution facility is currently at N92 W14399 Anthony Ave.
