OKLAHOMA CITY’S VA HOSPITAL IS RANKED ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITALS IN THE METRO. YES, EVEN AMONG REGULAR HOSPITALS. THIS NEW REPORT SAYS PATIENTS GIVE THE OKC VA FOUR OUT OF FIVE STARS, WHICH IS A DRASTIC INCREASE FROM WHERE IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. ACCORDING TO THE LATEST CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES HOSPITAL RATINGS, THE OKC, VA RECEIVED A FOUR STAR PATIENT SURVEY RANKING AND A THREE STAR OVERALL RATING. WE ARE ONE OF THE HIGHEST RANKING HOSPITALS IN THE METROPLEX, RIGHT NOW, OKC V.A. DIRECTOR WADE VLOSICH SAYS THAT THE HOSPITAL WAS RATED ON A NUMBER OF ISSUES, INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, MORTALITY RATES, CARDIOLOGY CARE, AND READMISSION RATES. The Oklahoma City VA hospital has received a four-star patient survey rating, marking a significant improvement from previous years.
